December Employee of the Month!

I chose this facility for myself because I heard that they have a high success rate with the Physical Therapy department. The CNA's and nurses all provide excellent care. The staff in the Physical Therapy department give a good push that helps encourage and keep us all moving when we feel like giving up. I enjoyed the musical activities that the Activity Department put on for us.  Lisa, the Social Worker, made sure I had everything I needed in place for me upon discharge. I will absolutely return to this MediLodge for my care in the future if I should ever need it! Thank you to everyone at Team MediLodge!

It is clean and comfortable here and the staff is very pleasant. Great physical therapy! Everyone was good and accommodating!

I was sad about having to discharge because I loved all of the staff here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was delicious as well! Thank you for everything you did to help me, MediLodge team!

It was fun being here. The staff and residents were all very nice. I really enjoyed playing cards with the other residents, and playing bingo.

Today I leave to go home from my twenty day stat at MediLodge in Mt. Pleasant, MI. When I arrived at MediLodge I was very weak and could no longer walk and get around. Today as I leave, I am so much strong and doing great on my walking, due to the help of the fantastic physical therapy staff! Also, I have never seen so many caring, kind, and wonderful people as the staff at MediLodge! They are knowledgeable and kind, and met all my needs and more! Thank you MeidLodge for all that you have done for me!

"The staff is very friendly and frequently go out of their way to provide comfort and care for the residents here. The physical therapy team was outstanding! they got me back on my feet and regained my independence faster than I ever thought I would be! The housekeeping department was incredible. I felt like I always saw someone cleaning and another shortly after going through cleaning again. Billie did an amazing job with cleaning. Ryan took my concern seriously and put me at ease by taking care of everything with laundry instantly! Lisa made planning my discharge so easy and a breeze knowing she wouldn’t let me go without having everything in place I need to be successful. Britanie did a great job resolving any issues I had and just putting me at ease talking to me as well. I am looking forward to going home, but should the need ever come again I would absolutely want to return for physical rehab to get back on my feet!"

You have some of the hardest working CNA I have ever seen. And they were all so kind and respectful. I really appreciated them.
