Everybody was so outstanding! They go out of their way to help you. No complaints!

It's a good place to come. Nurses and therapy are great. They make you feel at home. They love you to death.

"The staff is very friendly and frequently go out of their way to provide comfort and care for the residents here. The physical therapy team was outstanding! they got me back on my feet and regained my independence faster than I ever thought I would be! The housekeeping department was incredible. I felt like I always saw someone cleaning and another shortly after going through cleaning again. Billie did an amazing job with cleaning. Ryan took my concern seriously and put me at ease by taking care of everything with laundry instantly! Lisa made planning my discharge so easy and a breeze knowing she wouldn’t let me go without having everything in place I need to be successful. Britanie did a great job resolving any issues I had and just putting me at ease talking to me as well. I am looking forward to going home, but should the need ever come again I would absolutely want to return for physical rehab to get back on my feet!"

The staff is warm and caring, especially the CNA's and kitchen staff. MediLodge has been the best fit for us. They are kind, caring, and family-like. The staff is great; Frank really thrived here.

I chose MediLodge of Mt. Pleasant for myself because it sounded like a good choice after speaking with Marie. My husband said it was a good choice. The CNAs and Housekeeping stood out to me; no negative experience, extremely hardworking, and so pleasant to everyone! I am a very picky eater, and the kitchen accommodated for every meal! The facility was always so clean, too!
