The staff is warm and caring, especially the CNA's and kitchen staff. MediLodge has been the best fit for us. They are kind, caring, and family-like. The staff is great; Frank really thrived here.

"The staff is very friendly and frequently go out of their way to provide comfort and care for the residents here. The physical therapy team was outstanding! they got me back on my feet and regained my independence faster than I ever thought I would be! The housekeeping department was incredible. I felt like I always saw someone cleaning and another shortly after going through cleaning again. Billie did an amazing job with cleaning. Ryan took my concern seriously and put me at ease by taking care of everything with laundry instantly! Lisa made planning my discharge so easy and a breeze knowing she wouldn’t let me go without having everything in place I need to be successful. Britanie did a great job resolving any issues I had and just putting me at ease talking to me as well. I am looking forward to going home, but should the need ever come again I would absolutely want to return for physical rehab to get back on my feet!"
It's a good place to come. Nurses and therapy are great. They make you feel at home. They love you to death.
The staff here was wonderful. They accommodated all of my needs and respected my religious practices. I was back on my feet faster than I ever imagined! If I ever need help again, MediLodge of Mt Pleasant is my first choice to return to! Thank you to the entire MediLodge team!
