“The staff is very friendly and frequently go out of their way to provide comfort and care for the residents here. The physical therapy team was outstanding! they got me back on my feet and regained my independence faster than I ever thought I would be! The housekeeping department was incredible. I felt like I always saw someone cleaning and another shortly after going through cleaning again. Billie did an amazing job with cleaning. Ryan took my concern seriously and put me at ease by taking care of everything with laundry instantly! Lisa made planning my discharge so easy and a breeze knowing she wouldn’t let me go without having everything in place I need to be successful. Britanie did a great job resolving any issues I had and just putting me at ease talking to me as well. I am looking forward to going home, but should the need ever come again I would absolutely want to return for physical rehab to get back on my feet!”
